Continuous Improvements

We are committed to running our company more efficiently and offering you sustainable products that perform perfectly for your applications. We have implemented a continuous improvement process by establishing baselines using international reporting standards from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).  GRI is the most widely accepted sustainability reporting framework in the world (http://www.globalreporting.org/Home).  Establishing a baseline allows us to evaluate every opportunity to reduce our environmental impact. Our current initiatives include:

• Improving our product portfolio to include as many sustainable products as possible
• Minimizing our manufacturing waste to almost zero
• Implementing an energy conservation policy that includes installing energy efficient lighting throughout our facilities
• Reducing packaging for all our product lines
• Implementing an employee carpool program
